MARCH HAPPENINGS AT THE LINQ PROMENAD

LAS VEGAS (February 2022) – The LINQ Promenade, the entertainment, retail and dining district located at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, announces March programming, including Hoops on the Strip basketball viewing promotions and St. Patrick’s Day specials.

HOOPS ON THE STRIP:
On The LINQ Promenade
Visitors to The LINQ Promenade’s Fountain Stage can take in Hoops on the Strip action on a giant, 20-by-11-foot video wall and 86-inch LED screen displaying all the top basketball games March 17 to 20. Meanwhile, a pop-up sportsbook located between Starbucks and the Box Office in front of The LINQ Hotel + Experience will enable guests to bet on their favorite team and sign up for the Caesars Sportsbook App.

ameriCAN Beer & Cocktails 
Reservations for Hoops on the Strip at ameriCAN are sold out, but passersby can stop in for green to-go beers and Jameson shots for $5.

Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar
Chayo is offering Hoops Madness, half and full-day viewing opportunities for the opening weekend of Hoops on the Strip, March 17 to 20. Reservations may be submitted online at www.chayolv.com/hoops-madness. Reservations are in three-hour time slots (half day is three hours; full-day is six hours). A $150 per-person food and beverage minimum is required. Taxes and gratuities are additional.

Flour & Barley
Available March 13 through April 2, guests may enjoy 1 slice of pizza and a PBR beer for $10 at the to-go window.

Off The Strip Bistro & Bar
Off The Strip is offering dining and drink specials March 17 to 20 to celebrate basketball season.

  • Mix and match Corona or Modelo, six for $40.
  • Mix and match Truly Seltzer, six for $40.
  • Slam Dunk Platter: chicken tenders, cheese crinkle-cut fries, loaded cheesy tater tots, onion rings, dry-rub wings and fried shrimp served with spicy marinara for $49.
  • Sliders: Beef sliders, BBQ pork sliders served with French fries for $32.
  • Chicken Wing Madness: Buffalo wings, dry-rub wings, fried chicken wings and French fries served with carrots, celery and a choice of sauce for $38.

Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery
Per each available Hoops on the Strip time slot, Tilted Kilt will require a $100 minimum spend, plus tax and gratuity, on food and beverage. There will also be a minimum spend on games from March 18 through March 20.

PATRICK’S DAY:
On The LINQ Promenade
Green décor will adorn the Promenade from March 17 to 20, while bars and eateries will feature food carts with festive St. Patrick’s Day offerings and traditional green beer all day on Thursday, March 17. In addition, visitors to the Promenade on St. Patrick’s Day will enjoy roaming bagpipers, as well as live, themed ice carving by ICEBAR ice sculptors on the Fountain Stage.

The High Roller, the tallest observation wheel in North America, will be illuminated in green during the evening hours of Thursday, March 17.

 ameriCAN Beer & Cocktails
Available on March 17, ameriCAN Beer & Cocktails offers $5 grab-and-go beers and $5 Jameson shots at the new front bar.

Flour & Barley
Available on March 17, the classic pepperoni slice and 16-ounce green Guinness lager beer will be offered for $17. Guests can order the special to go at the take-out window.

Off The Strip Bistro & Bar
Available March 17, featured St. Patrick’s Day food and drink specials will include:

  • Homemade Corned Beef and Hash served with cabbage, caramelized onions, pecorino romano, mozzarella served with two eggs any style for $25.
  • Corned Beef Sandwich features fork-tender corned beef on a hoagie roll with homemade Thousand Island dressing and coleslaw, served with a side of French fries for $21.
  • Tender Corned Beef and Cabbage served with red and Yukon gold potato wedges for $34.
  • Irish car bombs for $15, green beer for $10, Guinness for $10, Jameson for $12 and Proper Twelve for $12.

 Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery
On March 17, Tilted Kilt hosts a guest DJ and offers a special Irish Hooley Menu following the basketball games. Tilted Kilt will require a $200 minimum, plus tax and gratuity on food and beverage. For inquiries, please email  angielvk204@gmail.com.

SPRING:
Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop will welcome spring with their Chocolate Mint Sunday featuring mint chocolate chip and chocolate ice cream layered with handmade dark chocolate hot fudge and topped with whipped cream and a dark chocolate mint square.

For Easter, Ghirardelli will offer mini chocolate squares along with an assortment of bunny chocolates perfect for filling baskets and Easter eggs.

Nectar Bath Treats will celebrate spring by showcasing their new products, including a yogurt body peel for $30, ocean breeze facial sugar scrub for $30 and fruit smoothie reed diffusers for $38.

Havaianas now sells their “You Malta Flip Flop” as part of the Spring Collection featuring colorful woven strips, a metal Havaianas logo and colorful dual-density sole starting at $46.

 ATTRACTIONS HOURS:
The High Roller Observation Wheel
The High Roller, the tallest observation wheel in North America, will open daily from 2 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Fly LINQ
FLY LINQ, the only zipline in the world to offer riders the ability to fly simultaneously on 10 side-by-side lines, is open Thursday through Monday, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Eiffel Tower
Eiffel Tower viewing deck is open Thursday through Monday, from 3 p.m. through 10 p.m.
