LAS VEGAS (March 2024) The Beast, an innovative gastropub in the heart of AREA15, unveils an audaciously appetizing, seven-pound Feast at The Beast Food Challenge alongside a brand-new lunch and dinner menu including epically proportioned Large Feasts and Colossal Treats.

A curated mix of unexpected flavors and ingredients, every entry on the new menu is impossibly innovative, inspired and Instagram-worthy. Making these new additions even more tempting are the mouthwatering prices, offering enormous value for the amount of food served and making each bite a guilt-free pleasure. Situated amidst AREA15’s globally renowned immersive and experiential mecca, every creation on the new menu plays off the creative environment surrounding the restaurant, making it a must-visit destination for enthusiastic foodies and unforgettable experience-seekers alike.

FEAST AT THE BEAST FOOD CHALLENGE
Daring diners with only the amplest of appetites are invited to take on the all-new Feast at The Beast Food Challenge. Featuring a two-pound seasoned beef burger behemoth, one pound each of crispy bacon and American cheese, a cascade of fixings including lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and thousand island sauce, this monumental meal comes served on a regal King’s Hawaiian Loaf accompanied by one pound of fries and four signature potato tornadoes. Triumph over the mountainous repast by finishing every last morsel and the meal is free. For those who make a valiant attempt but fail to complete the challenge, the Feast at The Beast Food Challenge is a modest $88. Full rules and restrictions will be provided by the server.

LARGE FEASTS
Be sure to bring the whole squad to enjoy The Beast’s newest clandestine culinary compositions. These new Large Feasts, prepared for parties of six or more, are ideal for groups seeking sensational celebrations for birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, graduations and other festive occasions.

Siren’s Catch
Heed the siren’s call for this tantalizingly appetizing array, consisting of only the freshest catch sourced by chef Cesar Juarez and his expert team. Siren’s Catch includes a whole eight-pound side of blackened salmon served with lemon caper butter; 24 Oysters Rockefeller with spinach, bacon and Pernod; three pounds of fried blackened cod fajitas accompanied by corn tortillas, salsa fresca and charred corn.

Beast on the Bayou
Adventurous gourmands with a taste for Louisiana-style cuisine can dive into the Beast on the Bayou. They’ll savor indulgent delicacies from the Deep South, including two pounds of Cajun-spiced alligator with creole remoulade; two pounds of buttermilk-battered frog legs accompanied by house buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing; four pounds each of shrimp, crawfish and hot links in a Louisiana boil; potatoes; corn on the cob; and French bread.

Land and Sea Beast Feast
For those craving flavors evoking both the terrestrial and the oceanic, the Land and Sea Beast Feast delivers. They’ll watch chef slice whole-roasted, long-bone 12-pound prime rib and present six halved Maine lobsters drenched in garlic butter with a flourish. Creamy horseradish and heaps of garlic whipped potatoes accompany this feast.

Succulent Suckling Pig Feast
Carnivores with cavernous appetites will swoon for the Succulent Suckling Pig Feast, which includes an astonishing 25-pound whole suckling pig slathered in mojo glaze, accompanied by slab bacon and roasted apples, plus an enormous eight-pound platter of short ribs served with red wine jus and white cheddar grits.

COLOSSAL TREATS
Parties of any size with big appetites can rejoice with The Beast’s collection of jumbo-sized dishes and drinks, ideal for sharing. Offering tremendous value, these colossal dishes are freshly made and deliver phenomenal flavors and portion sizes. These appetizers, salads, entrées and cocktails are available daily for both lunch and dinner, with no advance notice required.

  • Pull-A-Part Pulled Pork Cheese Melt – A whole King’s Hawaiian loaf, pulled pork, American and provolone cheese, BBQ sauce, garlic aioli, smokey crema and garlic butter
  • Junk Yard Nachos – Grilled chicken, tortilla chips, roasted corn, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, beer cheese, black beans, smokey crema, cilantro and lime

  • Bavarian Pretzel – Salted Bavarian pretzel served with beer cheese or grain mustard

  • Pineapple Delight – A whole fresh, layered pineapple filled with pineapple crème brûlée and pineapple sorbet. Served with whipped cream and fresh fruit
  • Colossal Cookie – An eight-inch half-baked chocolate chip cookie, vanilla ice cream, whipped topping and chocolate sauce

  • The Mango Tango Goblet – Casamigos Reposado Tequila, mango purée, peach liqueur, orange, lime and Chamoy chili syrup
  • A Bloody Feast! – 26-ounce signature Bloody Mary made with Ketel One Vodka and stacked with a 4-ounce classic cheeseburger, two buffalo wings, celery and signature potato tornado
  • The Aquarium – Fishbowl with SVEDKA Blue Raspberry Vodka, Blue Curaçao, simple syrup, lemon juice, champagne and cotton candy served with Nerds and Swedish Fish

BRAND-NEW DISHES ON THE REGULAR MENU
Selections include a tempting roster of craveable burgers and sandwiches as well as flavor-packed dishes from the grill, fresh salads, savory pastas and more. These new lunch and dinner options are available daily, for groups of any size. Additionally, locals can also rejoice with $10 off any Belly of the Beast pizza when they show their Nevada I.D. on Tuesdays.
