KANAB, UTAH (February 2019) – Historic Parry Lodge in Kanab, Utah, offers an attractive option for visitors headed to the Grand Canyon during the world-famous national park’s centennial year. Due to the milestone anniversary, accommodations in the Grand Canyon are expected to be especially scarce this year, but historic Parry Lodge, located just 90 minutes from the canyon’s less-traveled North Rim, still has rooms available for the 2019 season.

In honor of the Grand Canyon centennial, Parry Lodge offers a package that includes the following:

  • Two room nights at Parry Lodge, double occupancy
  • Lunch for two at Grand Canyon Lodge North Rim restaurant

Guests have the option of adding on a Forever Adventure Hummer Tour for two from Kanab to Peekaboo Slot Canyon and Grand Staircase for an extra fee.

Tours available include the exquisite Peekaboo Slot Canyon and Grand Staircase.

Adjacent to Denny’s Wigwam sits the Iron Horse Restaurant and Saloon, known for its hand-trimmed and open-flame-grilled Black Angus Beef and mesquite-smoked barbecue. It’s also home to Kanab’s only full-service bar.

Priced at $400 for two, the package may also be expanded to accommodate extra guests. Inquire for prices and availability when booking.
