“Magical Flight of Lights” to Include Soaring Over the Las Vegas Strip and Passes to the City’s Largest Holiday Event, the Magical Forest

LAS VEGAS (Oct. 29, 2019) – For the first time, Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters will launch its brand-new holiday experience, “Magical Flight of Lights.” See the lights of the Las Vegas Strip at twilight and the lights of the Magical Forest, the cherished Southern Nevada tradition by Opportunity Village filled with sparkling lights, nightly entertainment and endless holiday cheer.

“Since 2015, Papillon has been giving Santa and Mrs. Claus helicopter rides from the North Pole to Las Vegas in time to light the tree at the Magical Forest, thus officially kicking off the holiday season. This year, we created a way for locals to enjoy this festive experience, too,” says Irit Langness, senior vice president of sales and marketing, Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters.

With pricing beginning at $84 per person, the experience includes:

  • 10 to 15 minute helicopter flight over the Las Vegas Strip, originating out Papillon’s McCarran VIP terminal. The flight includes the Luxor Hotel & Casino’s space beam; New York-New York Hotel & Casino’s skyscrapers; Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas and the fountains at Bellagio Hotel & Casino before making a hairpin turn around The Strat Las Vegas’ 1,149-foot-high tower.
  • Complimentary Champagne.
  • Magical Forest passes valid through Jan. 4.*

Reservations will be on sale starting Nov. 1, 2019 and available for travel Nov. 29, 2019 through Jan. 4, 2020. Click here for more information or call (888) 635-7272.
