LAS VEGAS (November 2023) – The LINQ Promenade, the entertainment, retail and dining district located at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, announces November happenings, including opportunities to watch the Las Vegas Grand Prix from the tallest observation wheel in North America, a festive holiday tree on view, specialty Thanksgiving menus and more.

WORLD VEGAN DAY, NOV. 1
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar
Guests are invited to savor Chayo’s avocado hummus in celebration of World Vegan Day. Available for $15, this dish includes homemade hummus, romaine lettuce, Tajin chili pepper spice blend, limes and a jicama and carrot salad. 

BRAVOCON KICKOFF PARTY, NOV. 2
Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery
Tilted Kilt invites the public this year’s BravoCon kickoff party starting at 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 2. The evening will include $7 Loverboys, $35 Loverboy buckets and $8 Deep Eddy lemon drop shots. Taking place at the adjacent Caesars Forum, the sold out BravoCon will feature Bravo TV’s biggest stars. The three-day-long event will also include photo ops, a once-in-a-lifetime live panel, Instagram-worthy moments, interactive exhibits and shows like never before. 

NATIONAL SANDWICH DAY, NOV. 3
The Boss Cafe
Located inside The LINQ Hotel Las Vegas, Buddy Valastro’s The Boss Cafe offers a plethora of mouthwatering Jersey sandwiches to enjoy this National Sandwich Day for $14.95 each. Prepared with house-made mozzarella (mutz!) and the choice of roasted sweet or pickled hot peppers, the list of sandwiches follows:

  • Jersey Roast Beef – Herb-crusted and slow-roasted beef, au jus.
  • Cubano Italiano – Italian ham, smoked pancetta, mozzarella, provolone, dill pickles, garlic mayo, mustard.
  • Turkey “PLT” – Roasted turkey, smoked pancetta, roasted tomato spread, arugula, herb mayo.
  • Jersey Boy – Peppered salami, mortadella, spicy capicola, provolone, roasted tomato spread, basil, Jersey vinegar.
  • Lisa’s Caprese – Marinated tomatoes, basil, balsamic, arugula, olive oil.
  • The Soprano – Prosciutto, peppered salami, smoked pecorino, basil pesto. 

Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar
Sandwich lovers can rejoice with Chayo’s Torta Cubana. Available for $18, this sandwich includes roasted pork loin, smoked ham jack cheese, mayo, mustard, jalapeños and French fries. 

Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club
Guests can indulge this National Sandwich Day with fine cuisine and entertainment at Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club. For $15, the club offers fresh chicken and brisket sliders.

NATIONAL NACHOS DAY, NOV. 6
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar
As the ultimate destination on the Las Vegas Strip for Mexican cuisine and nachos, visitors can celebrate the holiday with Chayo’s fiesta trio nachos. This decadent dish includes shrimp, chicken, beef, a blend of Mexican cheeses, bell peppers, onions, pico de gallo and sour cream. Available for $25.

Haute Doggery
In celebration of the holiday, Haute Doggery will offer buy one, get one free on all nachos.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club
For $12, the club offers mouthwatering nachos with crispy chips, melty cheese, pico de gallo, guac and crema.

NATIONAL CAPPUCCINO DAY, NOV. 8
Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza
To celebrate National Cappuccino Day, guests purchasing any dessert at Flour & Barley will receive a complimentary cappuccino. 

FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIP, NOV. 11
Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery
Visitors searching for an energy-filled destination on the Las Vegas Strip to watch the next fighting championship are invited to Tilted Kilt. For a $25 cover and two drink minimum, guests 21 or older can catch all of the action.

The Boss Cafe
Located in The LINQ Hotel Las Vegas, guests can savor the Jersey Roast Beef sandwich this National French Dip Day. For $14.95, the Jersey version of the French dip includes herb-crusted and slow-roasted beef and au jus.

NATIONAL HAPPY HOUR DAY, NOV. 12
Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club
Featuring one of the best happy hour menus on the Las Vegas Strip, visitors can enjoy the club’s happy hour offerings all day long on Sunday, Nov. 12. Specials include $5 beers; $6 well shots, cocktails and wine; and $7 select bites such as two mini hot dogs, chips and queso, seasoned fries, pretzel bites and a three cookie plate. 

HOLIDAY TREE ON VIEW, NOV. 21
Beginning on Tuesday, Nov. 21, guests can view The LINQ Promenade’s festive Christmas tree. Featuring more than 5,000 sparkling lights, visitors can enjoy taking the ultimate holiday photo in front of the 30-foot-tall tree.

THANKSGIVING, NOV. 23
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar
Chayo will offer its signature jumbo turkey leg this Thanksgiving. The special includes poblano mole, garlic green beans and a jicama salad. Available for $27. 

Off The Strip Bistro + Bar
This Thanksgiving, guests are invited to order Off The Strip’s Thankful Turkey Dinner. For $30 per person, the Thanksgiving menu includes roasted turkey, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, chef’s special Hawaiian bread stuffing with a succulent turkey gravy and garlic green beans. For an additional $8, guests can also enjoy pumpkin pie for dessert. 

Virgil’s Real Barbecue
Virgil’s Real Barbecue is now accepting orders for its Thanksgiving package available for $325. This holiday special includes one 16- to 18-pound smoked turkey with giblet gravy, mashed potatoes, cornbread and sausage stuffing, sweet potatoes topped with marshmallows and maple syrup, homemade cranberry sauce, candied Brussels sprouts with applewood smoked bacon, green beans and buttermilk biscuits. The fully-cooked package will be cooled, packed and ready for guests to pick up and will include instructions for reheating. Carlo’s Bakery Express, The Boss Cafe, PizzaCake and Buddy’s Jersey Eats
Guests are invited to celebrate National Cake Day at celebrity baker Buddy Valastro’s signature dining destinations and cake vending machines, including Carlo’s Bakery Express, The Boss Cafe, PizzaCake and Buddy’s Jersey Eats.

Beginning on Wednesday, Nov. 1, Ghirardelli will launch new seasonal items for the holidays. Guests will soon be able to enjoy the peppermint bark hot fudge sundae, peppermint bark hot cocoa, peppermint bark squares, chocolate snowmen and seasonal flavored squares such as gingerbread and sugar cookie.

Virtual Reality (VR) Adventures
Available beginning Tuesday, Nov. 21, guests can experience virtual reality on Santa’s sleigh motion simulator and sit in a real sleigh with large raindeer figures this holiday season. Beginning at Santa’s Workshop, visitors will travel around the world and even into space with this experience. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for children. This pop-up experience will be located in The LINQ Promenade across from the Christmas tree by Harley-Davidson.

FALL RETAIL OFFERINGS:
Honolulu Cookie Company
To get into the holiday spirit, Honolulu Cookie Company will welcome back their beloved seasonal flavors: peppermint macadamia, dark chocolate peppermint macadamia and white chocolate ginger spice. The retailer is also offering three mini bite flavors for the season, including chocolate chip macadamia, peppermint macadamia and ginger spice. 

As a distinctive holiday gift, guests can now purchase the holiday cookies and coffee set featuring Honolulu Cookie Company’s Kona blend. To commemorate their 25th anniversary, the retailer is also releasing five Honolulu Cookie Company wood ornaments in collaboration with CocoNene. All holiday collection products will be available at The LINQ Promenade beginning Wednesday, Nov. 1. 

Socks & Bottoms
This holiday season, visitors to The LINQ Promenade can purchase a plethora of stocking stuffers from Socks and Bottoms. Guests purchasing two styles can enjoy one for free throughout November.

Nectar Bath Treats
Nectar Bath Treats’ holiday collection is now available at The LINQ Promenade. This year’s seasonal scent of vanilla peppermint is available in a milkshake bath, sugar scrub, whipped soap, shea body butter, lip scrub, soap, foaming bath salts and room spray. The Nectar Advent Calendar is also available for purchase and features 12 days of delightful self-care surprises.

ATTRACTIONS:
High Roller Observation Wheel Seasonal Lighting:
High Roller, the tallest observation wheel in North America, will feature dedicated colored light shows on select nights:

Nov. 11 – Veterans Day, the wheel will be lit red, white and blue.
Nov. 16 – Pancreatic Cancer Day, the wheel will be lit purple.
Nov. 21 – Christmas tree lighting, the wheel will be lit red and green.
Nov. 23 – Thanksgiving, the wheel will be lit orange, yellow, red and green. 

High Roller Observation Wheel Hours of Operation:
The High Roller is open daily from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. To accommodate the Las Vegas Grand Prix on Nov. 16, 17 and 18, High Roller will have modified hours from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. 

Fly LINQ Hours of Operation:
Fly LINQ, the only zipline on the Las Vegas Strip, is open daily, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck Hours of Operation:
The Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck is open daily from noon to midnight. To accommodate the Las Vegas Grand Prix on Nov. 16, 17 and 18, The Eiffel Tower will have modified hours from noon to 2 a.m.
