LAS VEGAS (December 2025) – The National Atomic Testing Museum invites guests to celebrate the holiday season with a distinctive Fallout™-inspired experience featuring a wasteland scavenger hunt, exclusive photo opportunities with Vault Boy and limited-edition collectibles. Taking place this Saturday, Dec. 20 and Sunday, Dec. 21, the festive activation follows the recent unveiling of the Museum’s new “World of Fallout™” exhibit, now open in partnership with Bethesda Softworks.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days, visitors are encouraged to explore the Museum’s galleries while participating in a wasteland-themed scavenger hunt highlighting atomic history and Fallout-inspired Easter eggs hidden throughout the space. Guests who successfully complete the hunt will receive a $10 discount toward the purchase of a case of Jones Nuka Soda, while supplies last.
Adding to the fun, Vault Boy will make special appearances for photo opportunities at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. each day, offering fans a chance to capture a memorable moment with one of pop culture’s most recognizable atomic-age mascots.
All attendees will also receive a limited-edition National Atomic Testing Museum bottlecap upon entry, available exclusively during the two-day event.
The holiday celebration complements the Museum’s recently opened “World of Fallout” exhibit, which explores the cultural legacy of nuclear history through the lens of the iconic video game franchise. The exhibit draws connections between real-world atomic testing, Cold War themes and the imaginative post-apocalyptic world of Fallout, engaging longtime fans and first-time visitors alike.
The event is included with Museum admission. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit atomicmuseum.vegas.
