LAS VEGAS (May 2023) –The LINQ Promenade, the entertainment, experience, retail and dining district located at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, announces May happenings, including National Mimosa Day specials, National Wine Day offerings, spring retail promotions and more.

NATIONAL ORANGE JUICE DAY, MAY 4
Favorite Bistro
In celebration of the holiday, guests can add champagne to their orange juice for $7 per glass or $35 per pitcher.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club 
Guests are invited to enjoy $5 screwdrivers all day long at Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club.

DERBY SPECIALS, MAY 6
Favorite Bistro 
Specializing in martinis, Favorite Bistro invites guests to enjoy this classy beverage in celebration of the derby. Visitors can savor espresso martinis, pear martinis, cosmopolitans and French martinis with Tito’s Vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice. Martinis are available for $14.95 each.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club
In spirit of the derby, Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club will offer $5 mint juleps all day.

FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIP, MAY 6
Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery
Tilted Kilt invites guests to catch all of the fighting action on Saturday, May 6 starting at 5 p.m. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis for guests 21 and older. Guests must pay a $50 cover with a two drink minimum to gain entry.

NATIONAL MOSCATO DAY, MAY 9
Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club
Guests can say cheers to National Moscato Day with $5 glasses of Stella Rosa Moscato all day long.

NATIONAL SHRIMP DAY, MAY 10
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar
To celebrate, visitors are invited to savor Chayo’s Baja shrimp ceviche made with shrimp, fresh lime juice, onions, cilantro, jalapeños, avocado and tortilla chips.

Favorite Bistro 
For $28.95, guests can enjoy Favorite Bistro’s shrimp scampi linguine. The dish includes shrimp and roasted tomatoes in a white wine garlic and parsley sauce.

Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza
Seafood lovers can rejoice with Flour & Barley’s shrimp scampi pizza topped with succulent shrimp, garlic, tomatoes, herbs and grilled lemon.

NATIONAL APPLE PIE DAY, MAY 13
Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza 
Guests can enjoy a complimentary slice of apple pie with the purchase of an appetizer and two entrees.

NATIONAL MIMOSA DAY, MAY 16
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar 
To celebrate, visitors can enjoy bottomless mimosas from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. for $25 per person.

Favorite Bistro 
The restaurant will offer classic mimosas all day for $7 per glass or $35 per pitcher.

Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza
Guests are invited to say cheers to the holiday with a tempting mimosa flight, including mango, peach, blackberry, raspberry and orange flavors, for $16.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club
In celebration of not only National Mimosa Day but also National BBQ Day, the club will offer two BBQ brisket tacos and a mimosa for $10.

Sweet Sin 
Offering a variety of canned alcoholic beverages, including mimosas, visitors can enjoy the classic libation all day at Sweet Sin.

NATIONAL ESCARGOT DAY, MAY 24
Favorite Bistro 
Featuring French cuisine with American flare, Favorite Bistro is Las Vegas’s premier destination for National Escargot Day. Guests can enjoy exquisite escargot served in an herb and garlic butter sauce with a baguette on the side for $16.95.

NATIONAL WINE DAY, MAY 25
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar 
Chayo will offer 50% off all bottles of wine the entire day to celebrate the holiday.

Favorite Bistro 
From 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Favorite Bistro will offer select glasses of red and white wine for $5.

Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza
To celebrate the occasion, guests can savor a glass of white sangria at Flour & Barley for $16.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club
Happy hour will be extended all day long for wine. Guests can enjoy $6 glasses of select reds and whites to celebrate the occasion. 

NATIONAL HAMBURGER DAY, MAY 28
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar 
Offering the savory Mexican cheeseburger, guests are invited to indulge in this tempting dish made with provolone cheese, guacamole, roasted Poblano Rajas, chipotle mayo and a brioche bun for $23.50. 

Favorite Bistro 
Vacationers can delight in Favorite Bistro’s hangover burger, including a half-pound angus patty with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, bacon, mayo, a sunny side up egg and fries for $21.95.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club 
To commemorate not only National Hamburger Day but also National Brisket Day, the club will offer the choice of three brisket tacos or three brisket sliders for $9.

MEMORIAL DAY, MAY 29
Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club
In honor of Memorial Day, the venue will offer domestic beers for $5 all day long.

NATIONAL MINT JULEP DAY, MAY 30

Guests can celebrate this classic cocktail with $5 mint juleps all day long.

ameriCAN Beer & Cocktails
Every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., ameriCAN offers bottomless mimosas or bottomless Bloody Marys for $35 per person.

Harley-Davidson 
This spring, guests spending $300 or more can receive a complimentary Harley-Davidson 120th anniversary cooler backpack while supplies last.

Maxie’s 
Maxie’s is now home to $10 to-go cocktails, including the Bite the Bullet, Bahama Mama, Bloody Mary, michelada, sangria, stumbling strawberry lemonade, Moscow mule, mojito, mimosa and margarita. In addition, guests dining in can enjoy $12 mix it up cocktails with a variety of flavors, including orange, pineapple, cranberry, black cherry, lavender, mango, peach, passion fruit, raspberry and strawberry. Specific cocktails follow: 

  • Mimosa – house champagne with any flavor. 
  • Mojito – light rum, lime juice, simple syrup and more. Add an extra shot for $5. 
  • Margarita – tequila, triple sec, lime juice and agave. Add a Grand Marnier float for $5. 
  • Mule – vodka, lime juice and ginger beer. Can also be substituted with whiskey. 

Minus5° ICEBAR
Now serving Super Daiquiri beverages for $19, guests can enjoy an array of delicious flavors, including: 

  • Choco-holic – Made with a mudslide and coconut daiquiri base with vanilla vodka and a graham cracker rim topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, chocolate chip cookie muffins and a chocolate bar.  
  • Angry Mango – Made with a mango and watermelon daiquiri base with tequila and a Chamoy tajin rim topped with chili mango candies and dried chili mango.  
  • Unicorn Freeze – Made with a strawberry and blueberry daiquiri base with vodka or rum and a Nerds candy rim topped with whipped cream, strawberry syrup, Fruity Pebbles cereal, confetti cake muffins and a rainbow sour candy belt.  
  • Cinna-Toast Slush – Made with a coconut daiquiri base, Fireball Whiskey and RumChata topped with whipped cream, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and an extra shot of Fireball. 

In addition, Minus5º ICEBAR at The LINQ Promenade also features three new ice displays, including astrology, deep sea fishing and Jurassic sculptures. Lastly, Minus5º will participate in the Royal Pub Crawl. They will offer $5 entry to the ice lounge for crawlers visiting the venue for beer, wine or well cocktails. With summer just around the corner, Socks & Bottoms will offer 40% off all women’s PSD® underwear. Made by and built for athletes, PSD® women’s underwear is high-quality, affordable and comfortable. 

Virgil’s Real Barbecue 
In May, Virgil’s will commemorate National Barbecue Month with an array of baby back rib specials. Served St. Louis style, the hickory-smoked baby back ribs include the choice of an Asian glaze or apricot brandy barbecue sauce. Guests can enjoy a full rack of ribs with two large sides and two pieces of cornbread for $39.99. A half rack with one piece of cornbread and two sides will also be available for $23.95.

Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery 
Tilted Kilt is now serving breakfast every Saturday and Sunday from 9 to 11 a.m. Guests can enjoy the Big Kilt Breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, tots and toast or other classics such as the hangover burger, breakfast burrito, hangover tots, scramble skillet, breakfast sandwich, corned beef hash and eggs, steak and eggs, sausage tacos and pancakes. 

Welcome to Las Vegas Store 
This souvenir store, inspired by Las Vegas’s iconic, landmark sign, carries a kitschy-to-glitzy array of Las Vegas-emblazoned souvenirs, novelty gifts, keepsakes, apparel and accessories ideal for last-minute gifts for friends and family. In May, guests purchasing $25 of merchandise can also receive a Las Vegas tote bag for just $5.95. Visitors spending $40 can receive a Las Vegas t-shirt for only $12.95.

ATTRACTIONS
High Roller Observation Wheel Seasonal Lighting: 
High Roller, the tallest observation wheel in North America, will feature dedicated colored light shows on select nights:
Monday, May 29 – Memorial Day: red, white and blue.

High Roller Observation Wheel Hours of Operation: 
High Roller announces extended hours of operation. The wheel is now open Monday through Thursday from 2 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Friday through Sunday from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Fly LINQ Hours of Operation: 
Fly LINQ, the only zipline on the Las Vegas Strip, is open daily, 2 to 10 p.m. 

Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck Hours of Operation: 
Eiffel Tower viewing deck is open daily, 2 to 10 p.m. Beginning March 17 hours of operation will be Monday through Thursday 2 to 10 p.m. and Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1 12 p.m. to 12 a.m.
