Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club Announces Can’t-Miss April Lineup

LAS VEGAS (March 2026) – Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club, located at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip along The LINQ Promenade, announces its powerhouse entertainment lineup for April. Continuing its reputation as the go-to destination for evening and late-night laughs, the club will welcome an exciting mix of nationally touring headliners alongside its standout resident favorites. The April roster promises a riotous blend of sharp wit, high-energy performances and crowd-favorite personalities, delivering another month of top-tier comedy in an outstanding Strip setting.

This month, Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club welcomes special guest comedians Jill Kimmel, Jessimae Peluso and Cactus Tate. Jill Kimmel is a seasoned comedian and podcast host known for her sharp observational humor and engaging storytelling, with appearances on radio, television and national comedy stages. Joining her is Jessimae Peluso, a nationally touring stand-up comedian recognized for her bold, high-energy style, with credits including MTV’s Girl Code, Wild ‘N Out and regular appearances as a panelist on Chelsea Lately, as well as hosting the “Sharp Tongue” podcast. Also appearing is Cactus Tate, a stand-up comedian and writer known for his offbeat humor and work in digital media and live comedy performances across the country.

Stand-out resident comics return throughout the month, including Carlos Mencia, widely recognized for his Comedy Central series, “Mind of Mencia,” and his role opposite Ben Stiller in “The Heartbreak Kid.” Actress and comedian Luenell, whose film and television credits include “Dog Man,” “Borat,” “A Star Is Born,” “That’s My Boy” and “Hotel Transylvania,” performs every Sunday and Monday night. Fan favorites Josh Wolf, Michael Yo, John Caparulo, Jay Reid and Bret Ernst also return, alongside Vicki Barbolak’s popular Wednesday night Happy Hour sets.
