 LAS VEGAS (July 2021) – 1923 Prohibition Bar, the classic speakeasy and bourbon bar located at Mandalay Bay, ICEBAR at the LINQ Promenade and Minus5º Ice Experience the coolest experiences in Las Vegas located at The Venetian Resort and Mandalay Bay, announce new summer cocktails to beat the blazing heat.

Served in their famous glasses made entirely of ice, ICEBAR and Minus5º Ice Experience are now offering The Heming-Way Too Cold Daiquiri with an icy twist including Bacardi Lime Rum, house-made sour mix, white grapefruit juice, white cranberry juice and garnished with a lime.

Featured on 1923 Prohibition Bar’s summer cocktail menu is a Whiskey Sour crafted with lemon juice, simple syrup, a dash of egg whites and Buffalo Trace Whiskey and garnished with lemon and cherry. In addition, 1923 also features a signature Hemingway Daiquiri made with maraschino liqueur, grapefruit juice, lime juice, Bacardi Rum and garnished with a lime.

“With temperatures over 100 degrees, we invite guests to visit our venues and taste our refreshing new summer cocktails,” said Noel Bowman, owner, ICEBAR and 1923 Prohibition Bar. “We are excited to offer our guests new seasonal menu items.”
