LAS VEGAS (May 2026) – Flight Club Las Vegas invites guests to lean into the energy of the summer season with a refreshed menu built around group outings, shared experiences and playful competition. Known for transforming the traditional game of darts into an interactive Social Darts^® experience, Flight Club’s latest menu additions introduce tempting dishes that are easy to share between rounds of gameplay as well as craft cocktails designed for lingering conversations.

The seasonal additions also expand Flight Club’s plant-forward offerings, with dishes that move beyond standard vegetarian stand-ins, introducing more vibrant and flavor-forward options such as corn ribs with BBQ butter and cilantro crema, red pepper hummus with toasted pita and asparagus flatbreads layered with mozzarella, provolone, caramelized onion and arugula. Nearly half of its new dishes support vegetarian or plant-forward dining, intentionally integrated throughout the core menu experience rather than isolated as afterthoughts. The lineup of new menu offerings follows.

Dips & Small Plates

• Red Pepper Hummus – Served with carrots, cucumber, toasted pita
• Corn Ribs – BBQ butter, cilantro crema, lime, green onion, smoked paprika

Shareables

• BBQ Brisket Sliders – Brisket, BBQ sauce, dijonnaise, slaw, brioche buns
• Calamari – Served with lemon and classic red sauce
• Gyros – Seasoned beef and lamb with tzatziki, cucumber, tomato, pickled red onion, pita
• Wings – Lemon pepper
• Spiced Piri Piri Chicken – Charred corn purée, sweet pepper chutney, crispy shallots

• Citrus Grilled Chicken Sandwich – Served with fries, curtido cabbage slaw, lime crema, Salsa de Semilla
• Smash Burger – Two beef patties with American cheese, onion jam, lettuce, tomato, pickles, fries
• Asparagus and Mushroom Salad – Arugula, romaine, roasted mushrooms, cucumbers, green goddess dressing with optional chicken or steak add-ons

Flatbreads

• Asparagus Flatbread – Mozzarella, provolone, tomato, caramelized onion, arugula

Desserts

• Mini Lemon Tarts – Lemon curd, graham crackers, raspberry sauce
• Mini Cannoli – Classic cannoli finished with crushed pistachio
• Dessert Platter – Assorted cookies, cannoli, lemon tarts

• Jungle Bird – Appleton Estate Rum, Goslings Black Seal, pineapple, Aperol, lime

• Durango – Casamigos Blanco Tequila, grapefruit, lime, orgeat

“Our summer menu naturally offers brighter flavors, more acidity and cleaner finishes,” said Jeff Martell, executive chef, Flight Club Las Vegas. “We also focused on designing dishes that are easy to eat, easy to share and don’t interrupt the overall experience—no complicated plating or anything that slows guests down. These new items feel indulgent enough for a social setting, but not heavy, so guests can keep playing, snacking and trying multiple items.”

Located inside The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, Flight Club combines tech-enabled Social Darts^® gameplay with elevated hospitality in a vibrant Victorian, fairground-inspired setting complete with colorful carousel horses and vintage details. Guests can enjoy semi-private playing areas known as “oches,” craft cocktails, local draft beers and shareable dining intentionally designed to bring people together through play.
