LAS VEGAS (June 2021) – This Fourth of July, the arts and entertainment district AREA15 puts a Las Vegas spin on summer camp by hosting “Happy Camper – A Summer Camp Party of Your Dreams.” This one-day event for adults ages 21 and over embraces the child within everyone by inviting guests to party like a counselor and play like a camper.

On July 4, campers can participate in old-school camp games with an AREA15 twist, get creative with arts and crafts at creation stations and find other summer-inspired surprises throughout the entire venue.

Live DJ entertainment will include beats from Tara Brooks, Doc Martin, Marques Wyatt and Diva Danielle on A-Lot’s outdoor main stage outside as well as inside The PORTAL, AREA15’s 360-degree projection-mapped room.

Campers should come prepared: A highlight of the night will be a camp talent show, where campers can show off their best skills to win prizes.

Happy Camper takes place from 8 p.m. to close and tickets are $40 per person. Included in the ticket price is access to the SPINE, live music at Oddwood Bar, inside The PORTAL and outside in the A-Lot.

Campers will be able to purchase food and drinks from The Beast by Todd English and Oddwood Bar. Select activations inside AREA15 will be $5 including “Wink World: Portals into the Infinite”, Museum Fiasco, Brainstorm, Haley’s Comet and OZ Ride. Dueling Axes will offer a $5 discount on all lane reservations and Emporium will offer a two-for-one $5 token bag.

Happy Camper is one of many themed parties AREA15 will host that activate the entire building with curated experiences, live music performances and much more.

AREA15 and all its experiences follow the latest recommendations of leading health experts and government authorities, including the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. AREA15 will no longer require face masks to be worn by guests who are fully vaccinated. For guests that are not fully vaccinated, AREA15 strongly encourages that masks continue to be worn. AREA15 employees will still be required to wear masks until further notice.
