AREA15 ANNOUNCES ROSTER OF LIVE PERFORMANCES FOR SUMMER 2022

LAS VEGAS (June 2022) AREA15, the immersive art and entertainment district located minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, announces its roster of internationally-recognized performers for its 2022 summer lineup.

Soul in the Machine: Live in the Portal
Date: Sunday, July 3
Time: Doors open at 7:30 p.m. for the first show and 9:30 p.m. for the second show.
Location: The Portal
Cost: General admission is $19.95 and VIP admission, including one drink and access to a VIP lounge chill area is $49.95. Must be 21 or older to enter. Click here to purchase tickets.
Description: Experience Soul in the Machine live inside the projection-mapped Portal for two exclusive shows. Combining the powerful sound of electronica with rock, jazz and classical music genres, Soul in the Machine will bring an artful performance to the space. Performed on hand-crafted kinetic instruments designed by local artist Henry Chang, the experience will transport guests into an audio-visual explosion of seeing and feeling music.

Desert Hearts: Live in the A-Lot
Date: Saturday, July 9
Time: Doors open at 9:30 p.m.
Location: A-Lot

Description: The Desert Hearts crew is bringing their epic party back to the A-Lot with house and techno beats all night long. Guests can dance beneath the stars and vibe out as Mikey Lion, Marbs, and Porky hit the stage for one night only. Attendees will also enjoy a live performance by special guest, Rodriguez Jr. 

The Polish Ambassador: Live in The Portal with Support by Tone Ranger
Date: Friday, July 22
Time: Doors open at 9 p.m.

Description: Attendees are invited to put on their dancing shoes for a special double headlining set and outer space dance party with The Polish Ambassador and Tone Ranger. As a musician, producer, recording artist, composer and dance floor general, The Polish Ambassador is one of the country’s premier EDM/live crossover artists. Tone Ranger creates dance and ambient music reflecting the supernatural beauty of the American Southwest. Uniting light and shadow, chaos and order, future and retro, he weaves daring electronic compositions designed for the dance floor.

Description: Guests are invited to experience their wildest summer camp dreams outdoors in AREA15’s A-Lot. The Happy Camper party is a wondrous playground filled with the grooviest music and beats, wacky camp-inspired games and activities, friendly competitions and contests, trippy art exhibitions and other surprise and delights AREA15’s A-Lot will be decked out with summertime vibes, festival fashions as guests dance to the beats of live DJs and performances. Music lineup includes Passion Pit (DJ Set), Matthew Dear, SNBRN, Freak On and Danger House. 

Purity Ring – Tour de Womb
Date: Monday, July 25

Description: Electronic pop duo Purity Ring’s Tour de Womb hits the A-Lot for a captivating one-night-only performance. Tour de Womb is the band’s return to the stage after more than five years as well as a showcase of Purity Ring’s third album, “WOMB.” Tour de Womb will also feature support by Ekkstacy, an 18-year-old artist from Vancouver, Canada, renowned for fusing the sounds of indie, post punk and synth wave together.

DJ Seinfeld: Live in the Portal

Description: DJ Seinfeld brings sweeping emotive cuts, verdant dancefloor workouts and discerning dips into jungle and breaks to The Portal stage. His beats are ultimately guided by an idea of authenticity, true to the spirit of the early house pioneers and the unabashed rawness the confines of their equipment demanded. 

Fatima Hajji, Sian and Brennen Grey: Live in the Portal
Date: Friday, August 5

Description: Attendees will discover the sounds of the underground as Fatima Hajji, Sian and Brennen Grey bring the heat to the projection-mapped Portal. From techno’s analog and classical roots to more contemporary sounds, including techno-house, Fatima Hajji brings freshness, audacity and ruthless grooves. Known for delivering sweat-soaked, hypnotic shows and prolific music releases burning deep into the collective psyche, Sian’s vibrant sound brings unmistakable energy to packed dance floors. Lastly, anchoring himself at the forefront of the rich and evolving techno scene is Brennen Grey bringing high energy and deep driving beats. 

Paul Oakenfold – A Perfecto Experience with Support by Liquid Todd

Hailed as the “godfather of electronic music,” he’s been voted the “world’s best DJ” twice by DJ Mag. Liquid Todd is an award-winning DJ, programmer and producer at SiriusXM Radio known for his highly entertaining and original radio shows and dynamic live performances.

Description: AREA15 invites guests to a party in the A-Lot with A-Trak + Friends. Guests can dance under the summertime night sky to an eclectic mix of electronic and hip-hop featuring A-Trak, Mick Jenkins, Coco + Breezy, Sasha Marie and local support from BGMKE. A-Trak is the quintessential cultural connector. His 20-year career has seen him take turns as an internationally renowned turntablist, Grammy-nominated producer, innovative remixer, globetrotting DJ and more.

The Teaches of Peaches Anniversary Tour
Date: Sunday, August 14

Description: Feminist icon and pop provocateur Peaches celebrates 20 years of her iconic album “The Teaches of Peaches.” Performing the album in its entirety, Peaches will bring wild, non-stop energy to the projection-mapped Portal. Support to be announced.  

Mindchatter: Live in the Portal

Description: Attendees can vibe to the voices dancing inside their heads as emerging singer, songwriter and producer Mindchatter takes over the projection-mapped Portal with a visually stimulating live performance. By fusing introspective and thought-provoking lyrics with infectious, danceable beats, Mindchatter earned praise for his genre-defying sound and unique approach.

The Funk Hunters: Live in the Portal
Date: Thursday, September 8

Description: Attendees are invited to get down with The Funk Hunters inside the 360-degree projection-mapped Portal. The Canadian duo brings the party to the dance floor with electro-soul, funk-inspired bass jams.

Gunz For Hire: Live in the Portal

Description: Guests are invited to go hard with Dutch raw hardstyle duo Gunz For Hire as they bring the frenzy with their staggering multi-climatic live show. Consisting of two hardstyle heavyweights and long-time comrades, Adaro and Ran-D, Gunz For Hire was conceived through both a musical and performance-driven bond.

Zimmer: Live in the Portal

Description: Zimmer will bring his feel-good nu-disco vibes and dreamy soundscapes to the projection-mapped Portal. As part of a new wave of French electronic musicians such as Rone, Superpoze, Paradis and more, Zimmer’s melodic sounds blend techno and disco. After three EPs and his debut album, he returns in 2022 with his new single, “Afterlife.”

Jody Wisternoff + Marsh: Live in the Portal

Description: Anjunadeep record label stars Jody Wistneroff and Marsh will take over the projection-mapped Portal inside AREA15. After decades of success as a popular DJ in the 1980s and 90s in the hip hop and rave scenes, Jody Wisternoff now creates trance-infused progressive house sets as a successful solo artist. Marsh continues to tell his story of healing and inner peace through his enchantingly deep and progressive sound after touring across the globe and creating a vivid catalog of more than 40 releases. 

Markus Schulz – Down The Rabbit Hole Open To Close

Description: Markus Schulz will appear inside the projection-mapped Portal for an electrifying performance inside AREA15. Over the past 10 years the German DJ has crafted the individual musical identities of progressive, trance and house into his own unique fusion sound. The combined influence of his headlining DJ sets, Armada and Coldharbour label releases and his prominent Global DJ Broadcast radio show have placed him at the forefront of the U.S. EDM revolution.
