SANTA ROSA, Calif. (May 2026) – YESCO, the 106-year-old company known for creating, repairing and maintaining internationally recognizable signs, announces the completion of a marquee reface and LED retrofit project for Roxy Stadium 14 in Santa Rosa, California. The project modernizes the theater’s existing four-sided marquee with upgraded LED technology designed to improve brightness, visibility and curb appeal for moviegoers visiting the historic theater.

As part of the project, YESCO fabricated four new marquee message board faces and completed a zip track LED retrofit across all four sides of the theater’s marquee structure. The upgraded displays utilize GE Tetra LED technology, replacing aging faces that had become dim and yellowed over time.

Discussions surrounding the project originally began in 2024, with the completed retrofit helping revitalize the theater’s exterior presence while maintaining the recognizable character of the existing marquee. Each marquee face measures approximately 7 feet, 4 inches tall by 16 feet wide.

“This retrofit is a great example of how updated LED technology can make a dramatic difference without completely reinventing the signage,” said Jeff Young, executive vice president, YESCO. “The updated displays brought back the brightness, visibility and excitement you want from a classic movie marquee.”
