LAS VEGAS (March 2026) – Siena Italian Trattoria & Deli invites guests to celebrate Easter with an abundance of festive offerings, including an Easter Sunday brunch and  traditional holiday treats available in its adjacent market and deli. Easter Brunch will be served on Sunday, April 5, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and specialty Easter and Passover bakery items are available now. Known as one of Las Vegas’ premier off-Strip Italian destinations, Siena’s Easter celebration brings together the warmth of family, the richness of Northern Italian cuisine and the joy of time-honored seasonal specialties—all in one welcoming destination just off West Sahara Avenue near Summerlin.

“For Italians, the spring holidays are among the most joyous occasions to gather around the table with family,” said Bomparola. “Our trattoria and deli spotlight Italy’s favorite ingredients and baked goods—from white asparagus and superbly prepared lamb dishes to imported celebration cakes and homemade baked goods.”

Siena Trattoria’s Easter Brunch menu includes a variety of breakfast dishes and traditional starters, pastas, pizzas and entrees. Select highlights include:

  • Schiacciata Del VinaioDeli porchetta ham, truffle, artichokes, cream cheese, parmesan garlic spread on fresh-made focaccia bread
  • Insalate Mele & Noci Baby greens, roasted walnuts, apples and gorgonzola tossed in champagne vinaigrette
  • Tagliatelle al Ragu D’Agnello Homemade pasta with lamb meat sauce made with onion, carrots, celery, garlic, white wine, passata, rosemary, pecorino and romano
  • Costine D’AgnelloMarinated and Grilled Lamb Chop served with Mashed Potato and Asparagus
  • Agnello al Forno Roasted lamb, marinated with garlic, rosemary and white wine served with pancetta and peas
  • Pastiera Napoletana Traditional Neapolitan Easter tart filled with ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar, orange blossom water and subtle spices.

Guests can also enjoy bottomless mimosas for $15 per person, along with an assorted selection of pastries, Italian sandwiches, house-made pasta and curated entrées for brunch.

Easter Offerings from Siena’s Market and Deli:
