BALLA ITALIAN SOUL INSIDE SAHARA LAS VEGAS ADDS NEW SEASONAL DISHES, COCKTAILS TO MENU

LAS VEGAS (April 2023) – Balla Italian Soul inside SAHARA Las Vegas announces an array of new seasonal dishes and cocktails. Guests are invited to savor several tempting new antipasti options as well as a savory new signature pasta. These bright, fresh offerings stemming Italy’s diverse culinary traditions join the destination’s notable menu created by James Beard Award-winning Chef Shawn McClain. 

Available now, the new menu additions include:

Antipasti 
Spring Misto – Butter lettuce, peas, spicy salumi, ricotta salata  
Grilled Lamb Sausage – Almonds, charred eggplant, snap peas, mint 
Baby Artichokes – Alla Romana, mint, lemon 
Steamed Mussels – Pancetta, preserved lemon, green garlic butter

House-made Pasta 
Rotolo – Rabe, green garlic, pecorino, morels

Cocktails 
The Show Girl – Tito’s Vodka, Sakura Vermouth, coconut cream, Barolo Chinato 
Paloma Bianco – El Jimador Tequila, Bitter Bianco, grapefruit, agave nectar, lime 
Regalita – Oxley Gin, prickly pear, Carpano Bianco, ginger beer, butterfly pea tea 
Italian Summer – Italicus Rosolio, Dry Curaçao, Lillet Blanc, lime, strawberry, sparkling wine

Balla Italian Soul is now open nightly for dinner service from 5 to 10 p.m.
