LAS VEGAS (April 2023) – SAHARA Las Vegas announces its roster of events and promotions for May, which includes spring specials at Amina Spa, Mother’s Day brunch at Balla Italian Soul, featured cocktails and more. Meanwhile, players will want to ensure they enroll in SAHARA’s Infinity Rewards membership program to take advantage of the casino’s May gaming promotions.

CINCO DE MAYO, MAY 5
Uno Más Street Tacos + Spirits
In celebration of Cinco de Mayo, Uno Más will offer a $10 spicy avocado margarita, along with $5 tequila shot specials. This promotion will last all day, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. A flamenco guitarist will be performing from 6 to 8 p.m.
DERBY DAY, MAY 6
Chickie’s and Pete’s Crabhouse and Sports Bar
To celebrate the derby, Chickie’s and Pete’s will offer its brisket sandwich for $22. The mouthwatering dish includes smoked brisket cooked for 24 hours, rye bread, zesty BBQ sauce, coleslaw, smoked gouda cheese and fried shallots. Additionally, the sports bar will be offering the official spirits of the Kentucky Derby for $12. These drinks are the Woodford Spire, Mint Julep, Oaks Lily, and Horseshoe Margarita.
CASBAR Lounge
The official spirits of the Kentucky Derby will also be available for purchase at CASBAR for $12. These drinks are the Woodford Spire, made with straight bourbon whiskey, lemonade, cranberry juice, and lemon twist; Mint Julep, made with Old Forester 86 proof bourbon, simple syrup, mint leaves, and mint sprigs; Oaks Lily, made with Finlandia vodka, sweet and sour mix, triple sec, and cranberry juice; and Horseshoe Margarita, made with Herradura Silver tequila, lime juice and agave nectar.
FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIP, MAY 6
Chickie’s and Pete’s Crabhouse and Sports Bar
On Saturday, May 6, Chickie’s & Pete’s will be big-screenhosting a watch party for UFC 288 – Sterling vs. Cejudo. Tickets start at $96.28 including taxes and fees, and includes guaranteed VIP seating for big-screen viewing and all-you-can-drink access, which can be purchased here.
NATIONAL SHRIMP DAY, MAY 10
Chickie’s and Pete’s Crabhouse and Sports Bar
Guests are invited to indulge in Chickie’s and Pete’s shrimp scampi for $29. The offering includes linguini served with eight large shrimp, garlic butter, white wine sauce, diced tomatoes, chili flakes, parmesan cheese, basil and a grilled baguette.
MOTHER’S DAY, MAY 14
Balla Italian Soul
Balla Italian Soul invites guests to celebrate the mothers in their lives with a special brunch menu and hours. The restaurant will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will feature a tempting Mother’s Day brunch menu, featuring dishes with a Balla twist. For $20, guests 21 and older can also add endless mimosas to their brunch.

MARGARITA MONDAYS, MAY 29
Uno Más Street Tacos + Spirits
Uno Más invites guests to Margarita Mondays during the final Monday of each month. May’s Margarita Mondays event will take place on Monday, May 29. From 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., attendees are invited to celebrate with $5 margaritas made with fine Mexican tequila prepared by expert mixologists. In addition, visitors can enjoy live music by an authentic Mariachi band from 5 to 7 p.m. Each month will also feature a different beverage brand sponsor as well as swag and promotional giveaways.

Chickie’s and Pete’s Crabhouse and Sports Bar
Available from Monday, May 1 through Wednesday, May 31, Chickie’s and Pete’s will offer the Cinco burger as its burger of the month. Including an 8-ounce smashed burger patty, pepper jack cheese, shredded lettuce, grilled Anaheim peppers, guacamole, chipotle crema, roasted corn and crispy tortilla trips on a brioche bun, this burger will be available for $20.
ELEVATE BY PRIDE POOL PARTY AT RETRO POOL LOUNGE
SAHARA Las Vegas announces it will host the Elevate by PRIDE Pool Party every Saturday from May 6 to September 30. Taking place at the Retro Pool from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., guests are invited to enjoy sounds by DJ Luke Dice. In support of the local LGBTQ+ community, half of ticket sales will be donated to Las Vegas PRIDE. Tickets to the weekly Elevate by PRIDE Pool Party are $20 per person and can be purchased here. Cabana and daybed reservations are also available. Parking and valet at SAHARA Las Vegas are complimentary.
AZILO ULTRA POOL
Open daily for guests 21 years or older from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., AZILO Ultra Pool offers an intimate poolside ambience enhanced by Moroccan décor, lush greenery and an inviting atmosphere. The destination also includes weekly entertainment and specials, a full bar with TVs, a 240-foot LED wall, cabana, daybed and lily pad packages as well as a full menu featuring an eclectic collection of summer favorites, sushi, snacks and breakfast. To amp up the energy, AZILO also features DJs on the open-air stage playing “open format” Top 40 anthems from Thursday to Monday, starting at 12 p.m. AZILO Ultra Pool offers free entry and parking for hotel guests.
MALA VIDA FRIDAYS AT AZILO ULTRA LOUNGE
Mala Vida Fridays will return to AZILO Ultra Pool & Lounge starting on Friday, May 5 in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. Guests can enjoy the hottest Latin nights in Las Vegas with DJs Shark, Platano, Muneco and Beto from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. Guests can RSVP for free admission here.

Spring Specials
Available now through Monday, May 29, Amina Spa invites guests to relax and rejuvenate with a variety of spring-inspired services and specials. For $55, visitors can enjoy a 50-minute pineapple rum pedicure, including a softening foot soak, moisturizing scrub, trim, cuticle clean up and polish of choice. To protect skin from everyday environmental elements, Amina Spa offers the watermelon rejuvenating facial for $125. This 50-minute treatment features a hydrating plant-based cleanser and a watermelon mask rich in vitamin C. Guests interested in indulging in a full body massage can partake in the 50-minute coconut lime massage with scented oils for $125. Lastly, the piña colada sugar scrub features a 50-minute full body exfoliation with hints of toasted coconut and fresh banana. The $125 treatment also includes an application of lotion to seal in moisture. These specials may not be combined with other offers or discounts. An automatic 18 percent gratuity will also be applied.
Mother’s Day Weekend Specials
In celebration of Mother’s Day, Amina Spa will be gifting fresh baked shortbread cookies featuring the Amina Spa logo with any service. This special will last from Saturday, May 13 through Sunday, May 14.
Month-long Special
During the entire month of May, Amina Spa will be gifting a complimentary travel kit for anyone who books a G.M. Collin Vitamin C Facial. For $195, guests can enjoy a 50-minute antioxidant facial treatment that rejuvenates the skin and delays signs of aging through the healing benefits of vitamin C.

Birthday Kiosk Game
Infinity Rewards Members can swipe at the kiosk during their birthday month for a chance to receive prizes such as free slot play, point grants and dining credits.
Infinity Rewards New Member Kicker
Upon signing up for a new card, all new Infinity Rewards Members may earn points for additional prizes including up to $150 in free slot play.
Tuesday 10x Multiplier on Reels
From Tuesday, May 2 through Tuesday, May 16, guests can earn the 10x multiplier by swiping at the kiosk each Tuesday from 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. The multiplier is only valid on slot reel machines.
Wednesday $2,500 EMERALD Slot Tournament
Every Wednesday in May from 1 to 7 p.m., Infinity Rewards Members will receive one free tournament entry and may earn up to three additional entries for 250 base slot points each. Participants will compete with their single highest score. Base slot points must be earned on the same day as the tournament is played. The top 10 players will share $2,500 in slot play.
Thursday Play to Earn VIDE Cocktail Four-Pack
Every Thursday in May, Infinity Rewards Members can earn 500 base slot points or 500 tier credits on table games during the earning period and receive one VIDE Cocktail four-pack. Guests can earn a maximum of one four-pack per person, per Infinity Rewards account, per day while supplies last.
Saturday $50,000 Grand Prize Wheel Drawing
From Monday, May 1 at 12:01 a.m. to Saturday, June 24 at 7:55 p.m. Infinity Rewards Members can check in each Saturday to participate in the drawing. Electronic entries can be earned on reel slots, video poker and table games. Players must check in at the kiosk and activate their entries between 5 and 7:55 p.m. Winners must be present to win. Eight names will be randomly drawn from the virtual drawing drum. The first four names drawn will participate in the live grand prize wheel floor game and the following 5th to 8th names drawn will win $150 in casino play.
Sunday SAHARA Las Vegas Beach Towel Play to Earn
Infinity Rewards Members can receive one SAHARA Las Vegas beach towel by earning either 2,000 base slot points or 2,000 tier credits from Sunday, May 7 to Sunday, May 28. The promotion includes a maximum of one redemption per account.
