LAS VEGAS (May 2025) – Celebrating the spirit of giving back through great food, Siena Italian Trattoria & Deli and Chill Bar & Grill announce their exclusive prix fixe menus for Las Vegas Restaurant Week, taking place from Monday, June 2 through Friday, June 13. A portion of all Restaurant Week menus sold will benefit Three Square Food Bank to help feed those in need.

Chef and owner Giancarlo Bomparola has crafted generous, four-course dining experiences that showcase the distinct personalities of each restaurant, including Siena’s menu rooted in Northern Italian tradition and Chill’s menu inspired by bold Mediterranean-American fusion.

“Food has always brought people together, and Las Vegas Restaurant Week is a beautiful example of that,” said Bomparola. “By joining this initiative, we’re not just inviting guests to enjoy our most beloved dishes, we’re inviting them to help feed our entire community.”

Available for lunch or dinner, Siena’s menu is priced at $60 per person and includes: 

First Course (choose one):

  • Insalata Mista – Mixed greens, pine nuts, bell peppers, shaved dry ricotta, honey balsamic dressing 
  • Assortment of Cold Cuts and Olives 

Second Course (choose one): 

  • Cannelloni – Veal, pork, chicken, mascarpone, parmesan, pasta sheets, cream sauce, Bolognese sauce 
  • Lobster Ravioli – Lobster meat, lemon cream sauce 

Third Course (choose one): 

  • Pollo Alla Romana – Boneless chicken, fresh artichokes, sundried tomatoes, served with Roman-style artichoke, mashed potatoes, veggies 
  • European Branzino – 4-ounce imported striped bass pan-seared and oven-finished, lemon caper sauce, roasted potatoes, sautéed spinach 
  • Manzo Al Vino Rosso – Tenderloin medallion pan-seared, figs, red wine reduction, veggies 

Fourth Course (choose one):

  • Semifreddo affogato – House-made half-frozen Italian gelato, espresso, chocolate, berries
  • Flourless chocolate cake

Available for lunch or dinner, Chill’s menu is priced at $40 per person and includes:

First Course 

  • Greco Salad – Tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, kalamata olives, feta cheese, balsamic vinaigrette

Second Course 

  • Paccheri Boscaiola – Mushrooms, pancetta, onion, peas, brandy cream sauce

Third Course (choose one):

  • Grilled Shrimp Skewer – Lemon couscous, seasonal grilled vegetables
  • Pizza – Pistachio, mortadella, burrata
  • Pork Tenderloin – Eggplant, bell peppers, Agrodolce (Italian spicy, sweet and sour sauce)

Fourth Course (choose one):

  • Crème Pudding
  • Pistachio Tiramisu
