NEXT STOP ON FERRARO’S SUMMER REGIONAL MENU SERIES: 
THE PIEDMONT, JULY 26 – AUG. 8 

Prix fixe dinner menus showcasing Italy’s best culinary regions rotate
every two weeks through summer. 

LAS VEGAS (July 2019) – This summer, Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar offers a way to travel the flavors of Italy without leaving Las Vegas with its Summer Regional Menu Series, a changing rotation of prix fixe menus inspired by Italy’s most renowned culinary regions. Each four-course menu is offered for a superb summertime value of $49 per person; wines selected to complement each menu are offered at special prices as well.

The next Summer Regional Menu spotlights Piemonte—known as The Piedmont in English—and launches July 26 and will be featured through Aug. 8. Piemontese features on this menu include Castelmagno cheese (served with a warm artichoke flan); pasta stuffed with roasted meat (raviolini filled with short ribs); and the indulgent Bonet, a dessert consisting of a steamed pudding featuring eggs, sugar, milk, cocoa and liquor (in this case, Disaronno amaretto).

Other regions to be featured during the Summer Regional Menu Series include Sardegna (August 9 – August 22) and Toscana (August 23 – September 6). These regions’ menus will be announced throughout the summer.
