VESTAR ANNOUNCES MICAELA WARGO AS NEW MARKETING DIRECTOR FOR TIVOLI VILLAGE AND THE DISTRICT AT GREEN VALLEY RANCH

LAS VEGAS (June 2023) – Vestar announces Micaela Wargo as its new marketing director for Tivoli Village and The District at Green Valley Ranch. With a distinguished career comprised of entertainment, marketing, retail and leadership, Wargo brings more than 10 years of experience in driving business growth to her new role. 

As Tivoli Village and The District at Green Valley’s marketing director, Wargo oversees the execution of strategic marketing and business development activities not only for the Tivoli Village brand but also its array of distinctive tenants. This includes the creation of marketing plans, public relations initiatives, events, advertising, sponsorships and social media. With expertise in performance marketing, brand identity, immersive events and growth strategy, she also develops and implements programs that resonate with the local community to establish and maintain business growth. 

In the coming months, Wargo seeks to differentiate Tivoli Village and The District at Green Valley Ranch among its competitors and drive measurable results through effective and innovative advertising, partnerships and entertainment.

Prior to her current role, Wargo previously served as Tivoli Village’s marketing and events manager from 2018 to 2019. Following her initial tenure with Tivoli Village, she joined Brookfield Properties as its manager of entertainment and special events as well as Boyd Gaming as its partnerships and events manager. 

In her free time, Wargo participates as a member of the Las Vegas and Henderson Chamber of Commerce and volunteers for Three Square Food Bank and the Salvation Army. She hails from Texas and earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and event management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
