LAS VEGAS (November 2022) Ferraro’s Ristorante invites guests to experience its next Taste & Learn on Thursday, Dec. 15 at 6 p.m. Taste & Learn is Ferraro’s popular, monthly wine-tasting and education event that provides illuminating wine education along with a menu of expertly prepared, authentic Italian small plates crafted by Chef Mimmo Ferraro.

The December Taste & Learn event spotlights wines from the Poggio al Tesoro and Brancaia wineries located in the Bolgheri and Siena winemaking regions of Tuscany. Renowned for their innovative cultivation techniques, Poggio al Tesoro began its winemaking estate in 2003. With soils rich in clay and minerals, the winery produces elegant, harmonious and flavorful grapes. For more than 40 years, the Brancaia family has produced the highest quality, organic Tuscan wines sold across the globe.

Taste & Learn attendees will begin the tasting with the Poggio al Tesoro Solosole, a savory white wine with inviting aromas of elderflower and citrus. Second on the menu is the Brancaia Tre, a delicious red wine with three grape varieties, including Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Next, the Brancaia Chianti Classico Riserva features 80 percent of the finest Sangiovese grapes and 20 percent of the region’s best Merlot grapes. Lastly, guests will enjoy the Brancaia Ilatraia, a full-bodied red wine featuring intense aromas of black fruit.

“It is our passion to teach guests about Italian wines and help them discover a new favorite,” said Gino Ferraro, owner, Ferraro’s. “Taste & Learn attendees will have the opportunity to savor some of Tuscany’s finest selections, perfectly paired with dishes prepared by Chef Mimmo.”
