FERRARO’S RISTORANTE ANNOUNCES RETURN OF “SUMMER IN ITALY” FOUR-COURSE DINING SPECIAL

LAS VEGAS (May 2026) – Ferraro’s Ristorante announces the much-anticipated return of its “Summer in Italy” special – a season-long celebration of authentic Italian cuisine featuring summer’s freshest ingredients prepared by executive chef Mimmo Ferraro. From Monday, June 15 through Sunday, Aug. 23, Las Vegas locals and visitors alike can dive into a tempting four-course dinner for $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The culinary experience features Ferraro’s classic dishes, including its legendary Osso Buco, fresh house-made pastas, all-natural meats and seafood and more.
“This time of year, Italian cuisine shifts to lighter and brighter flavors – think zucchini blossoms, seafood pastas, citrus and fresh herbs,” said Mimmo. “We designed the prix fixe menu to feel balanced, with each course perfectly flowing into the next.”

Antipasti (Choose One)
- Fiori di Zucca Sorrento – Zucchini blossoms, ricotta, light white wine
- Vitello Tonnato – Chilled roasted veal, tuna sauce, capers, frisee
- Prosciutto, Melone, Stracciatella, Menta – Parma prosciutto, seasonal melon, Stracciatella, mint
- Burrata – Burrata, blueberry compote, almonds, arugula, lemon zest, extra virgin olive oil
- Gamberi Marechiaro – Shrimp, lemon, butter, white wine, spinach, cherry tomatoes
- Calamari Fritti – Fried squid, mustard sauce

- Gnocchi Pistachio Pesto – Potato dumplings, pistachio pesto, roasted tomato, crushed pistachio

- Spaghetti con Pomodori Pachino e Stracciatella – Fresh Pachino tomatoes, basil, garlic, soft cheese

- Parmigiana di Melanzane – Eggplant, mozzarella, Parmigiano, tomato sauce
- Petite Filetto di Manzo – 6-ounce Butcher’s Block Prime Filet Mignon, porcini mushroom sauce, spinach, potato purée
- Osso Buco – Veal shank braised in red wine reduction, saffron risotto ($14 upcharge)
