LAS VEGAS (March 30, 2021) – Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar invites guests to experience the next Taste & Learn on Saturday, April 24, at 6 p.m. Taste & Learn is Ferraro’s popular, monthly wine-tasting dinner that provides illuminating wine education along with a menu of expertly prepared, authentic Italian small plates crafted by Chef Mimmo Ferraro.

Each Taste & Learn offers a tour through some of Italy’s most esteemed wineries. April’s event spotlights the wines of Corte Dei Venti, whose vineyards sit on the slopes of the hill of Sant’ Angelo, spanning an elevation from 400 to 200 meters above sea level. These vineyards produce Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino. Local wind patterns support an optimal ripening process of the Sangiovese grapes used for wine-making.

As an additional measure, Ferraro’s offers hand sanitizer stations located in multiple areas of the venue for our guests to access easily.
