LAS VEGAS (September 2023) – Executive Option, LLC, the Southern Nevada-based business consulting firm specializing in enterprise systems and change management, announces its Remarkable Achievements Recognized Everyday (RARE) Awards program is returning to select Clark County schools. Created to recognize and reward resilient students, award winners will receive technology, school supplies and more to help further their education.

From Monday, Oct. 2 through Thursday, March 21, Executive Option will open nominations at participating schools within the Clark County School District, including:

  • Aggie Roberts Elementary School
  • Eileen Conners Elementary School
  • Kathleen and Tim Harney Middle School
  • Wilbur and Theresa Faiss Middle School
  • Canyon Springs High School
  • Western High School

Teachers, teaching aids and other administrative staff will be eligible to nominate up to three CCSD students. To nominate a student, the nominator must have a CCSD email address and fill out a questionnaire, including how the student exhibits resilience and personal growth in and out of the classroom. This information can be submitted to CCSD via Google Form on the RARE website. Information submitted in the questionnaire will be used to help Executive Option select winners to receive awards for their outstanding academic efforts.

After the nomination period closes, Executive Option will select and announce three deserving students from each school in Spring 2024.

Based on the needs of students in various age groups, Executive Option will donate the following:

  • For elementary school students, the first-place winner will receive an iPad, school supplies and a $25 gift card; second-place will receive a $100 gift card; and third-place will receive a $50 gift card.
  • For middle school students, the first-place winner will receive an iPad, school supplies and a $25 gift card; second-place will receive a $100 gift card; and third-place will receive a $50 gift card.

“Last year our RARE Awards created a significant, positive impact on students within the local community,” said Mike Del Prado, chief executive officer, Executive Option. “We want to encourage children and their families to keep up the great work by continuing to provide rewards to students that deserve to be recognized for their outstanding achievements in the face of adversity. It is an honor that Executive Option can assist in propelling them towards a bright future.”
