ANNOUNCES JUNE PROMOTIONS, PROGRAMS

LAS VEGAS (June 2019) – Eureka! in Downtown Las Vegas announces its June promotions and programs.

June Holidays
Eureka!’s American tavern cuisine includes dishes and drinks perfect for celebrating national food and beverage holidays in June. 

• • National Veggie Burger Day (June 5) – Veggie Beet Burger made with house-made red beet and kidney bean patty, house pickles, tomatoes, red onion, arugula and lemon vinaigrette.
  • National Fish N’ Chips Day (June 7) – Fish N’ Chips with beer battered white fish, signature fries, furikake, smoky tartar sauce and house pickles.
  • National Iced Tea Day (June 10) – Signature Lavender Iced Tea made from scratch with a rosemary syrup, lavender, butterfly pea tea, mint, Earl Grey tea and lemon juice.
  • National Falafel Day (June 12) – Falafel Bites with tzatziki, feta, pickled red onions, dill, cilantro and red chimichurri.
  • World Soccer Championship (June 13 to July 7) – “American Spirit” Cocktail was created to cheer on the 2019 USA Women’s National Team in the World Soccer Championship and is themed after the popular Americana summer popsicle, the “Bomb”, made with vodka and raspberry, lime and cherry flavors. This cocktail will also be served for 4^th of July.
  • National Bourbon Day (June 14) – The small batch whiskey menu features nearly 40 bottles of rare bourbon, rye, single malt and wheat varietals. These whiskeys can be enjoyed in one of Eureka’s! specialty cocktails such as the “Penicillin” with smoked whiskey, ginger, honey and lemon or served neat.
  • Father’s Day (June 16) – Treat dad to the three “B’s” – bourbon, burgers and beer!Dads who order a bourbon cocktail or a classic pour will receive a complimentary engraved Eureka! whiskey glass while supplies last. The restaurant’s menu also includes a 28-day dry aged beef patty which is perfect for dad.
  • Las Vegas Restaurant Week (June 17 to 28) – Eureka! in Downtown will participate in the 2019 Las Vegas Restaurant Week. The three-course menu will feature the restaurant’s most-requested items and be available June 17 through June 28. Priced at $30 per person, guests can select one dish from three categories as well as a complimentary 16-ounce beer. Las Vegas Restaurant Week is the annual, 12-day celebration supporting Three Square Food Bank.

Live entertainment
Eureka! hosts a collection of rotating local musicians and DJs performing in the main dining room. Live music is available Thursdays from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Half Off Wine
Every Tuesday, Eureka! offers half off wine by the glass from their wine list exclusive to California wineries. This special is available from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m.

Steal the Glass
Every Wednesday for “Steal the Glass” – Eureka! partners with a local craft brewery to create branded glassware. Guests receive a complimentary take-home glass if they order the featured craft beer of the day. The experience can include one featured beer or a “tap takeover” where the brewery taps multiple beers. “Steal the Glass” is available from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. while supplies last.

“Hoppy” Hour 
Available daily from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. to close, “Hoppy” Hour specials include:

• • Specially priced full portion of select starters from priced from $5 to $9
  • $1 off select craft beer
  • $2 off all wine by the glass
  • $6 Spring 44 Vodka
  • $7 Buffalo Trace Bourbon

Weekend Brunch
Served every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., weekend brunch features:

• • $5 Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas
  • Bread Pudding French Toast
  • Six-Pack Breakfast Burrito

Farmers Market Cocktail 
Every two weeks, Eureka! features a different Farmers Market cocktail utilizing a locally sourced ingredient. Past cocktails include the “Outta Thyme” and “Back That Saz Up” and the current “Rye Place, Rye Time” which is made with rye, pineapple, lemon, orgeat, egg whites, and Peychaud’s bitters served in a coupe with a lemon wheel. The “Rye Place, Rye Time” is available June 24^th.

Pet-Friendly Patio
Whether it be dogs, ferrets or pet zebras (yes, that one has happened!) Eureka! allows pet owners to bring their furry friends to the street-side patio. While the “hoomans” enjoy entrées and cocktails, pets are served complimentary fresh water and dog biscuits.
