LAS VEGAS (July 2025) – Siena Italian Trattoria & Deli, a longtime favorite among locals for its authentic Northern Italian cuisine and friendly service, introduces a prix fixe menu designed to offer guests a high-quality, multi-course meal at an approachable price. Available for both lunch and dinner, the prix fixe experience showcases the culinary expertise of executive chef Giancarlo Bomparola with a refined yet affordable selection of signature dishes. Conveniently located near Summerlin, Siena provides a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for everyday dining or special occasions.

The prix fixe menu is priced at $50 per person and features four thoughtfully curated courses. Diners may choose from a variety of dishes crafted with house-made ingredients and rooted in traditional Italian flavors. Guests may also elevate select menu items with shaved summer truffle for an additional $20 per plate.

Prix Fixe Menu – $50 per person
First Course (choose one):

• Petit Insalata Mista – Mixed greens, pine nuts, bell peppers, shaved dry ricotta, honey balsamic dressing
• Petit Prosciutto e Melone – Prosciutto, melon, balsamic glaze

Second Course (choose one): 

• Petit Cannelloni – Veal, beef, pork, chicken, mascarpone, parmesan, cream sauce, pasta sheets, Bolognese
• Petit Fettuccine with Summer Black Truffle – Butter, parmesan, shaved truffle

Third Course (choose one):

• Petit European Branzino – 4-ounce imported striped bass, lemon caper sauce, roasted potatoes, sautéed spinach
• Petit Manzo Al Vino Rosso – Tenderloin medallion, figs, red wine reduction, assorted vegetables

Fourth Course (choose one):

• Petit Semifreddo Affogato – House-made Italian-style gelato, espresso, chocolate, berries
• Petit Flourless Chocolate Cake
