LAS VEGAS (October 2025) – Siena Italian Trattoria & Deli, a longtime favorite among locals for its authentic Northern Italian cuisine and friendly service, invites guests to savor the flavors of the season with its new fall prix fixe menu. Available for both lunch and dinner, the dining experience celebrates autumn’s bounty with dishes featuring pumpkin, apples, sage and burgundy truffles, all crafted from scratch under the direction of executive chef Giancarlo Bomparola. The menu offers a refined yet approachable way to enjoy the warmth and comfort of Italian cooking in Siena’s inviting, family-friendly setting near Summerlin.
The prix fixe menu is priced at $50 per person and features four thoughtfully curated courses. Diners may choose from a variety of dishes crafted with house-made ingredients and rooted in traditional Italian flavors. Guests may also elevate select menu items with shaved burgundy truffle for an additional $20 per plate.
Fall Prix Fixe Menu – $50 per person
First Course:
- Mele & Noci Petit – Mixed greens, walnuts, apples, champagne vinaigrette
Second Course (choose one):
- Petit Pumpkin Ravioli – Ravioli stuffed with roasted pumpkin, amaretti, ricotta, mascarpone, parmesan
- Petit Fettuccini with Burgundy Truffle – Butter, parmesan, shaved burgundy truffle
Third Course (choose one):

- Risotto Con Salsiccia & Pumpkin – Carnaroli rice, pumpkin, ground sausage, mascarpone, parmesan, sage
- Petit Pork – Pork tenderloin pan seared, apples, mascarpone, rosemary wine reduction
Fourth Course (choose one):
- Petit Pumpkin Panna Cotta
- Petit Apple Strudel
