REFUGE FOR WOMEN LAS VEGAS INVITES COMMUNITY TO 7^th ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT, FRIDAY, SEPT. 30

Proceeds to Support Survivors of Human Trafficking

WHAT:
Refuge for Women Las Vegas (RFW), the non-profit organization dedicated to empowering sexually exploited women to live a life of freedom through faith-based residential programs encompassing mental-health counseling, invites the Southern Nevada community to its 7^th annual golf tournament this fall. With event proceeds going directly to RFW, golfers will enjoy a morning of friendly competition to raise crucial funds to support survivors of human trafficking.

To participate, interested members of the community are invited to purchase team tickets for groups of four or individual tickets. Golfers participating as individuals will then be organized into teams of four for the tournament. Each team will be provided with golf carts to compete in the 18 hole competition for first, second and third place prizes.

Tickets also include access to a luncheon and silent auction. Guests can also look forward to giveaways, raffle items, swag bags and other notable prizes.

Tee sponsor Golf Galaxy will also offer complimentary golf balls, a golf club for the player whose ball stops “closest to the pin,” a golf bag and store coupons. This event is also made possible with support from title sponsor Gene Haas Foundation and food sponsor Fair, Anderson & Langerman.

WHEN:
Friday, September 30

Registration begins at 6:30 a.m.
Event begins at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m.

COST:
Individual tickets are available for $125, plus fees. Team tickets for four players are available for $400, plus fees. An array of sponsorship opportunities are also available and range from $250 to $5,000, plus fees.

Refuge for Women is the nation’s largest non-profit, faith-based organization providing a continuum of care for women, age 18 and older, who have escaped human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
