Kaia offers a vibrant, modern take on sushi handrolls inspired by traditional Japanese flavors and techniques inside AREA15’s immersive art and entertainment district. Meaning “of the sea,” Kaia features an array of fresh handroll selections and chef pairings, including lobster truffle, blue crab and bluefin tuna as well as classic and vegetarian options.
