SAHARA Las Vegas Announces Restaurant Week Menus at Three Venues

 SAHARA LAS VEGAS ANNOUNCES LIMITED-EDITION LAS VEGAS RESTAURANT WEEK MENUS AT THREE CULINARY DESTINATIONS

LAS VEGAS (May 2025) – In recognition of Las Vegas Restaurant Week, three SAHARA Las Vegas culinary destinations will offer limited-edition prix fixe menus. A portion of all Restaurant Week menus will benefit Three Square Food Bank to help feed those in need. To maximize impact, SAHARA Las Vegas will donate the highest designated amount per menu sold for each participating venue, ensuring every meal served helps support the fight against hunger in Southern Nevada.

“Restaurant Week is one of our favorite times of the year,” said Derek Tadashi Morishita, vice president of food and beverage, SAHARA Las Vegas. “It’s when our passion for food meets our passion for giving back. Partnering with Three Square allows us to transform every menu into meaningful support for our community.”

The complete selection of Las Vegas Restaurant Week menus at SAHARA Las Vegas follows.

BALLA ITALIAN SOUL
Balla Italian Soul will offer its Restaurant Week menu for the third consecutive year, with $6 per menu sold donated to Three Square Food Bank. Available from Monday, June 2 through Friday, June 13, the menu will be available for $80 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Antipasti (choose one):

  • Caesar Salad – Sweet baby gem lettuce, fresh herbs, anchovy
  • Beets Dalida – Cara cara orange, apricots, whipped ricotta, pistachio
  • Arancini – Tomato, nduja, mozzarella

House-Made Pasta (choose one):

  • Casarecce – Garlic, Calabrian chili, basil
  • Spaghetti al Ragu – Piedmontese beef, house-made sausage, stracciatella

Entree (choose one):

  • Wood-Fired Rainbow Trout – Piccata, cauliflower, wild greens
  • Piedmontese 8-Ounce Flat Iron – Black Garlic, Barolo wine reduction

 Dessert:

  • Chef’s Assortment of Italian Cookies

BAZAAR MEAT BY JOSÉ ANDRÉS
Bazaar Meat will participate in Restaurant Week for its 9th year from Monday, June 2 through Friday, June 13. The Classics tasting menu will be available for $120 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Bazaar Meat will donate $6 per menu sold to Three Square Food Bank. The menu includes the following:

  • Super Giant Pork Skin Chicharrón – Mexican crema espuma, chili spice, lime
  • Marinated Ferran Adrià Olives – Modern and traditional
  • Croquetas de Pollo – Chicken Béchamel fritters
  • “The Classic” Beef Tartare – Beef sirloin, Savora mustard, HP sauce, anchovy, Parker House Rolls 
  • Not Your Everyday Caprese – Pesto, tomato, mozzarella sphere
  • Gazpacho – Tomato, cucumber, green bell pepper
  • “Vaca Vieja” 8 to 10-Year-Old Holstein – Mindful Meats, California
  • Buttered Potato Purée – Butter, butter, more butter, some potatoes
  • Setas al Ajillo – Button mushrooms, garlic
  • Desserts – Cream puffs, assorted tarts, little cakes

 THE NOODLE DEN
Participating for its fourth year, The Noodle Den will offer its Restaurant Week menu from Monday, June 2 through Friday, June 13. The menu will be available for $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The Noodle Den will donate $6 per menu sold to Three Square Food Bank. The menu includes the following:

Appetizer (choose one):

  • Crispy Fried Chicken Wontons
  • Chicken and Mushroom Pan-Fried Dumplings

Rice or Noodles (choose one):

  • Kung Pao Chicken Stir Fry with Knife-Sliced Noodles
  • Yangzhou Fried Rice

Entrée (choose one):

  • Mongolian Beef
  • Salt and Pepper Pork Chop
  • Braised Tofu

Dessert:

  • Mochi Ice Cream
