LAS VEGAS (July 2025) – Chill Bar & Grill, west Las Vegas’ go-to spot for bold American and Mediterranean flavors as well as live entertainment, introduces a prix fixe menu that offers guests a tempting, multi-course meal at an affordable price. Designed by owner and executive chef Giancarlo Bomparola, the prix fixe menu highlights the kitchen’s flair for balancing rustic comfort with refined global tastes. Conveniently located on West Sahara Avenue, Chill Bar & Grill offers a casual yet stylish setting perfect for both weekday meals and weekend outings with friends.
The new prix fixe experience is available for lunch and dinner for just $40 per person. Guests enjoy four well-balanced courses featuring bold, seasonal ingredients. From satisfying pasta to crave-worthy seafood and house-made desserts, the menu provides high-quality dining at a remarkable value.

First Course:
- Greco Salad – Tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, balsamic vinaigrette
Second Course:
- Paccheri Boscaiola – Mushrooms, pancetta, onions, peas, brandy cream sauce
Third Course (choose one):
- Grilled Shrimp Skewer – Lemony couscous, seasonal grilled vegetables
- Pork Tenderloin – Eggplant, bell peppers, spicy sweet-and-sour agrodolce
