LAS VEGAS (May 2025) – Chica at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas announces its limited-edition prix fixe menus in celebration of Las Vegas Restaurant Week. From Monday, June 2 through Friday, June 13, guests can experience exclusive lunch and dinner offerings designed to showcase the bold flavors of Chica’s Latin fusion cuisine. A portion of proceeds from each menu sold will benefit Three Square Food Bank to help feed those in need.
Known for its spirited ambiance and eclectic approach to Latin American cooking, Chica blends regional traditions and modern techniques from across Mexico, Peru, Argentina and beyond. The Restaurant Week menus offer a curated sampling of guest-favorite dishes and new creations, ideal for those seeking a culinary escape during this charitable citywide event.
“Restaurant Week is a moment for the culinary community to come together for a greater purpose,” said Talen Lancaster, executive chef, Chica. “At Chica, we’ve embraced the opportunity to create menus that not only celebrate Latin flavors but also help nourish the Las Vegas community through our support of Three Square.”
Available for $40 per person, the lunch menu includes a three-course dining experience with $6 per menu sold donated to Three Square Food Bank. For $80 per person, guests can savor an elevated three-course dinner menu as well as the choice of one specialty cocktail. The complete lunch and dinner menus follow.

Chica is located inside The Venetian Resort Las Vegas at 3325 South Las Vegas Blvd. and is open Sunday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. The lunch menu will be available until 4 p.m., when dinner service begins.
