BALLA ITALIAN SOUL AT SAHARA LAS VEGAS ANNOUNCES VALENTINE’S DAY MENU

LAS VEGAS (January 2026) – Balla Italian Soul, the award-winning Italian culinary destination located inside SAHARA Las Vegas, invites sweethearts for an elegant dining experience this Valentine’s Day, Saturday, Feb. 14. 

Created by James Beard Award-winning Chef Shawn McClain in partnership with SAHARA Las Vegas, Balla Italian Soul provides guests with impeccable service amidst charming surroundings evoking the picturesque Italian countryside. The restaurant makes an ideal setting for couples seeking an elegant and intimate dinner for two on this most romantic of occasions.

Balla will offer a limited a la carte menu on Valentine’s Day as well as a four-course, prix-fixe menu for $95. The prix-fixe menu follows:

House-made Focaccia – Rosemary crackers, balsamic, pecorino, extra virgin olive oil

Antipasti (choice of)

• Baby Gems Salad – gorgonzola, crispy ham, rose apple, walnut
• Beets and Ricotta – basil, pistachio, citrus

Pasta (choice of)

• Cavatelli Pesto – basil, pine nuts, pecorino
• Lobster Cannelloni – trout roe, Meyer lemon
• Tomato Risotto – black truffle, taleggio

Main (choice of)

• Seared Scallops – piccata, cauliflower
• Beef Filet – super green spinach, black truffle
• Chicken Francese – braised artichokes, herb salad

Chocolate Macaroon – raspberry, mascarpone

For guests who wish to order a la carte on Valentine’s Day, the following limited menu will be available:

• House-made Focaccia – Rosemary crackers, balsamic, pecorino, extra virgin olive oil

• Meatballs – like grandma used to make

• Caesar – fresh herbs, parmesan, anchovies

• Beets and Ricotta – basil, pistachio, citrus

• Casarecce – early girl tomatoes, garlic, basil, Calabrian chili

• Fusilli Pesto – basil, pine nuts, pecorino

• Chicken Parmigiano – red sauce, mozzarella, basil
• Potato Puree – roasted garlic, parmesan
• Stuffed Mushrooms – cheese, marsala
