LAS VEGAS (December 2025) – AREA15, the pulse-pounding hub of experiential art and entertainment situated parallel to the Las Vegas Strip, announces a whirlwind of new food and beverage adventures now open across Zone 1 and Zone 2. From jaw-dropping cocktails to bold new flavors hot off the grill, the district continues to reimagine how Las Vegas eats and drinks.
Leading the charge in AREA15’s refreshed beverage offerings is Oddwood, where guests can now step into a laboratory of liquid alchemy. The all-new bar program conjures theatrical creations and “chemical” recipes tucked inside a mysterious leather-bound book. Drinks arrive like experiments mid-discovery—served in beakers and even igniting flames—blurring the line between cocktail and spectacle. Each entry in the book is written like a tongue-in-cheek lab report, inviting guests to flip through oddball “trial notes” and scientific jargon that transform the menu into a journal of delicious, if questionable, experiments. Standout new cocktail offerings include:
- Quantum Roast – High Ground Vodka, Evil Bean Coffee Liqueur, house-made vanilla syrup, fresh espresso. Served with a custom designed logo for a caffeine-charged, time-bending jolt.
- Formula G.H.O.5.T. – Celaya Blanco Tequila, cucumber agave, fresh lime juice, fresh cucumber. A mist forms before guests even touch the Erlenmeyer flask, delivering cool vegetal notes with phantom memory effects.
- Coupe De Fleur – The Producer Mezcal, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, lavender, rose syrup. A floral and smoky elixir known to disintegrate ice cubes into slush.
- Ginger Combustion – JAJA Blanco Tequila, fresh ginger, agave, fresh lemon juice, hibiscus salt. Requires protective eyewear—flame can ignite upon serving, unleashing bold spice and fiery theatrics.
- Beaker Burster – El Cristiano Blanco Tequila, watermelon schnapps, mango purée, watermelon syrup, fresh lime juice, Tajín. Served in a lab beaker with a pipette for dose control, this spicy-sweet blend sparks serotonin surges and vivid sensory effects.
- The Taste Test – The Botanist Gin, Aperol, fresh strawberries, fresh lemon juice, agave, ginger beer. Served in a graduated cylinder that doubles as a growth chamber, this bright and bubbly concoction heightens mood and confidence, often inspiring “main character energy.”
Adding to the intrigue, Oddwood also offers a secret menu and one-of-a-kind cocktails inspired by AREA15’s attractions, including Purple Plane – an “aerospace-themed” cocktail made with Empress Gin, Crème de Violette, lavender syrup, vanilla syrup and lemon juice. Topped with a paper plane, this cocktail also unlocks 50% off admission on LIFTOFF Bar and Ride. Yoshi’s Paradise – crafted with Ketel One Peach & Orange Blossom, limoncello, orange juice, passionfruit syrup, lime juice, simple syrup and soda water – includes eight tokens for old school arcade fun at Asylum Bar + Arcade.
Meanwhile, Zone 2: The Terminals hums with flavor as new culinary outposts roll into place. Grounded Grills, a new food truck concept located south of Universal Horror Unleashed, serves melty grilled cheese classics as well as fiery twists like the Flamin’ Elote Fiesta and Tinga Tantrum, offering guests a fresh twist on casual dining. Nearby, Looper Bar is now open next to AREA15’s new attraction, Looper—a psychedelic carousel ride reimagined with a surreal, futuristic lens. Here, guests can toast to nostalgia with vibrant cocktails.
In Zone 1, next to LIFTOFF Bar and Ride, The Beast Mobile Food Trailer rolls out a feast for the senses. With meats marinated and slow-braised in-house, the menu brims with rich flavors and Mexican flair. Highlights include chicken tinga, beef birria and entrées such as tacos, quesadillas and hot dogs. Guests can complete their meal with sides like elote and consommé before cooling down with a refreshing paleta.
“As AREA15 continues to grow, so does the energy and flavor buzzing through our culinary scene,” said Amy Naples, chief marketing officer, AREA15. “Oddwood’s theatrical new concoctions invite guests into a world of bubbling beakers and mysterious recipes, while Grounded Grills’ melty grilled cheese classics bring fresh flavors to Zone 2. The Beast Mobile Food Trailer serves up bold, mouthwatering bites, and Looper Bar offers a chance to raise a glass while sipping on flavorful new beverages. Together, these additions redefine how guests eat and drink at AREA15.”
