CHANDLER, ARIZONA (August 2026) – YESCO, the 106-year-old company known for creating, repairing and maintaining internationally recognizable signs, announces the fabrication and installation of a comprehensive signage package for Buckeye Commons and Buckeye Commons West, a new shopping complex by Sunbelt Investment Holdings, Inc.

YESCO’s scope of work for Buckeye Commons included the fabrication and installation of a massive 75-foot-tall pylon sign. Weighing approximately 50,000 pounds, it is one of the largest illuminated polycarbonate face signs in the state. Additionally, YESCO created a 60-foot pylon, 30-foot pylon and two 20-foot pylons as well as five 8-foot-tall directories and 15 custom handicap signs.

The signage features a combination of durable materials, including corten steel to provide a rustic look and illuminated polycarbonate panels designed to complement the center’s architectural aesthetic and enhance visibility for tenants along the I-10 corridor. Despite the base pipes and footings being more than 10 years old, YESCO successfully utilized the old footings as well as pipe from a previous monument design to execute the project.

“The Buckeye Commons and Buckeye Commons West project reflects our commitment to precision engineering and superior craftsmanship,” said Jeff Young, chief revenue officer, YESCO. “From the towering pylons to the detailed directory signs, each element was built to provide long-lasting visual impact and contribute to the development’s overall sense of place.”
