LAS VEGAS (November 2025) – SAHARA Las Vegas invites guests to celebrate Thanksgiving Italian style at Balla Italian Soul. Whether dining in or celebrating at home, Balla’s expert culinary team has crafted comforting, seasonal menus blending Italian flavors with classic holiday ingredients.

On Thursday, Nov. 27 from 5 to 10 p.m., guests can indulge in a chef-curated Thanksgiving plate featuring elevated renditions of traditional holiday favorites. The offering is available for $55 per person and includes:

• Crispy Brussels Sprouts Salad – Pancetta vinaigrette, pomegranate, delicata squash, aged balsamic
• Italian Sausage Casserole – Creamy baked macaroni, breadcrumbs
• Brown Butter Pumpkin – Roasted with sage, pumpkin seeds
• Potato Purée – Roasted garlic, parmesan
• Roasted Turkey – White and leg meat, chive butter, turkey gravy, herbs
• Apple Pie à la Mode

For those celebrating at home, Balla’s Thanksgiving to-go offering brings chef-prepared excellence to the family table. Each meal comes fully cooked and packaged for convenient transport—simply reheat and serve. Available for $95, the to-go dinner serves two to four and includes all the dishes from dine-in experience.
