FERRARO’S RISTORANTE ANNOUNCES THANKSGIVING MENU FOR THURSDAY, NOV. 27

LAS VEGAS (September 2025) – Ferraro’s Ristorante invites guests to enjoy an unforgettable Thanksgiving feast on Thursday, Nov. 27, featuring a three-course holiday menu served alongside their regular menu of Italian favorites. Guests can celebrate the season with family and friends while enjoying authentic Italian cuisine and traditional Thanksgiving dishes prepared by executive chef Mimmo Ferraro from noon to 8 p.m.
Priced at $89 per person and $29 for children 12 and under, the complete Thanksgiving menu follows.

Primi Piatti (choose one):

• Pasta e Fagioli – Cannellini beans, pancetta, pasta soup
• Ferraro Salad – Mixed spring salad, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, pistachios, sunflower seeds, shaved carrots, Parmigiano Reggiano, 4 Foglie Balsamic 
• Burrata – Blueberry compote, lemon zest, pistachio
• Ravioli di Zucca – Butternut squash ravioli, butter, sage, hazelnuts
• Risotto con Funghi – Risotto, mixed mushrooms, porcini, mascarpone, Parmigiano

Secondi:

• Tacchino della Tradizione – Free-range turkey with gravy, cranberry chutney, sausage stuffing, potato purée, green beans

Dolci (choose one):

• Cannoli al pistachio
• Pumpkin pie
• Tiramisu
• Passione pistachio 

“Ferraro’s is putting an Italian stamp on Thanksgiving once again,” said Mimmo. “From house-made butternut squash ravioli with butter and sage to pistachio cannoli alongside traditional turkey and stuffing, our menu is designed for families who want the comfort of Thanksgiving classics with the richness of authentic Italian cuisine.”
The Thanksgiving menu above is available for dine-in only. Parties of six to 11 guests will be charged an 18% gratuity and parties of 12 or more will be charged a 20% gratuity. No substitutions are accepted, and guests may not share meals. Pricing is not valid with other offers.
