LAS VEGAS (June 2025) – The Composers Room Showlounge & Restaurant, the premier entertainment and dining venue located in Las Vegas’ Historic Commercial Center, continues to redefine the supper club experience with the debut of its new dining menu. Offering an inspired blend of classic cuisine, upscale cocktails and memorable musical performances, The Composers Room delivers an atmosphere that channels the style and sophistication of vintage Vegas while celebrating the artists and entertainers of today.

The updated menu showcases a thoughtful range of house-made dishes at modest prices, with selections that evoke old-school charm while embracing fresh, flavorful ingredients. From savory entrees and signature sandwiches to artfully plated desserts and vibrant sides, every dish reflects The Composers Room’s commitment to quality, comfort and culinary flair.

Standout dishes from the new menu include:

“The Green Room” (Soups and Salads)

• Pompey Salad – Chopped romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, parmesan, croutons ($9)
• Citrus Salad – Chopped romaine, shrimp, tomatoes, garlic, cucumber, orange lime dressing ($14)
• Wedge Salad – Crisp iceberg wedge, shallots, grape tomatoes, bleu cheese crumbles, Black Forest bacon ($14)
• Split Pea Soup – Rich and creamy split pea soup, ham, carrots, truffle oil, croutons ($7)

“The Tempo” (Appetizers and Shareables)

• Shrimp Cocktail – House cocktail sauce ($10)
• Bacon Wrapped Dates – Goat cheese, bacon, balsamic reduction ($12)
• Wings – Choice of BBQ, buffalo, teriyaki, salt-n-pepa, garlic parmesan (8 for $12 or 12 for $20)

“The Bridge” (Sandwiches and Burgers)

• BBQ Bacon Burger – Beef/pork blend burger patty, BBQ sauce, bacon, cheddar, red onion, tomato, lettuce, pickles, mayo, ketchup ($13)
• Italian Sandwich – Spicy capicola, provolone, ham, salami, lettuce, tomato, Italian aioli ($12)
• Chicken Sandwich – Seasoned breaded chicken, brioche bun, lettuce, tomato, house ranch ($12)

“The Crescendo” (Pasta)

• Pasta Marinara – Rigatoni, tomatoes, white onion, Italian seasoning, red wine, parmesan, basil ($13)
• Mushroom Rigatoni – Mushroom blend cream sauce, shaved parmesan ($14)
• Truffle Mushroom Ravioli – Truffle mushroom-stuffed ravioli, house-made alfredo sauce, shallots, truffle oil, parmesan ($18)

“The Main Stage” (Entrees)

• Chicken – Chicken marinated overnight, roasted and seared to order, lemon caper butter sauce, mashed potatoes ($16)
• Pork – Slow roasted pork tenderloin, sweet pineapple glaze, mashed potatoes ($20)
• Ribs – Pork ribs with the choice of sweet teriyaki or BBQ sauce and served with the choice of either broccolini, mashed potatoes or fries ($21)
• Skirt Steak – Marinated and served with the choice of either mashed potatoes, broccolini or carrot sauté ($18)

“Side Stage” (Sides)

• Carrot Sauté – Butter and rosemary ($9)
• Broccolini – Sauteed in white wine butter sauce ($9)
• Sweet Brussels – Halved Brussels sprouts, sweet garlic sauce ($10)

“The Finale” (Dessert)

• Toffee Butter Bundt Cake – Caramel bundt cake, caramel drizzle ($8)
• Red Velvet Cake – Layered cake, whipped butter cream, raspberry sauce all served in a wine glass ($10)

 In addition to the a la carte menu, the destination also offers The Conductor’s Table, a distinctive offering that provides diners with the chance to taste an array of different specialty items. Available for $100 per person, it includes three small plate-style appetizers, three small plate-style entrees and dessert as well as three cocktail pairings per person.
